FILTER HOUSING

The filter housing is a single, complete mold of GRP integrated with the ceiling system. To avoid the risk of connection points typically found between cleanroom ceilings and HEPA filter suppliers The filter box can be customized to accommodate the filter specifications.

BENCHES

The step over bench is used in change rooms to form part of the change procedure. The SOB is customizable, with shoe storage, and can be freestanding or molded with the walls and flooring.

TRANSFER HATCH

The Transfer hatch comes as dynamic or static. It is completely manufactured from GRP, including the interlock, reinforced glass door, s/s loading tray, and furniture, and can be in various sizes or floor-mounted.

CABINETS

The cabinets are customizable modifications of the wall system. Fully molded cabinets mounted into the wall system without a single joint, weld of fixing. Typically used in change rooms for garments or elsewhere for storage. can be dynamic with an air supply.

WORKBENCH

The workbench is created from GRP and topped with laminate sheets to create a perfectly integrated working platform. These benches can be integrated with the wall system to ensure a clean design.

WASTE GARMENT BIN

The waste garment bin is a bin mounted into the cleanroom wall with access from both sides. Typically placed in the wall of the change room, it allows dirty garments to be passed to the outside with ease.

SPEECH UNIT

The speech unit can be installed into any wall or window and provides a clean and efficient mode of communication between rooms. The unit is installed with an internal membrane that allows sound to pass but not air.

SINKS

Our sinks are a single-molded unit incorporating s/s or GRP basin, customizable taps and fixtures, and an access panel for easy maintenance of the plumbing system. These can be molded into the wall system.

EMERGENCY ESCAPE

The emergency exit panel is a pull gasket push through panel. Providing suitable escape routes in emergency while maintaining high cleanliness standards Avoiding often bulky and non-conforming exit doors.
